Overview

With the advancement and development of science and technology, industrial informatization has entered the Industry 4.0 era. In many places equipped with anti-static protection, the testing of anti-static shoes and anti-static wristbands is conducted through traditional manual entry or rough detection methods. This not only wastes time but also leads to missed tests due to human factors, posing potential risks to the quality of sensitive components. However, people’s requirements for anti-static protection are increasingly higher. Against this background, our company has launched an ESD Human Body Comprehensive Tester to help enterprises understand and implement static protection. Based on the permission settings of the card, the system offers multiple testing modes (hand testing, shoe testing, simultaneous hand and shoe testing on the same side, and exemption from testing). At the same time, it realizes the paperless office record function for enterprises.

Features

  1. Tests whether anti-static work shoes and wristbands meet the specified standard range.

  2. Accurately transmits employees’ test data to the control center.

  3. Effectively identifies whether a person is an employee of the company when entering the production area.

  4. Supports identification via IC card, ID card, face recognition, and fingerprint recognition.

  5. Supports TCP/IP protocol and Internet management.

  6. The operating system adopts a B/S architecture design; no software installation is required on the client side, and users can directly log in via a browser to perform system-related management operations.

  7. Displays test data in real time, such as various test failures (NG) and card swiping records, with automatic data collection.

  8. The system supports full-screen record display for intuitive viewing, and displays photos simultaneously; it also supports synthetic voice prompts.

  9. Supports MySQL database.

  10. Provides import and export functions to facilitate data processing for customers.

  11. Can be connected with attendance software, supporting real-time management and monitoring for multiple users and multiple machines.

  12. The software automatically synchronizes time, and the employee list is automatically synchronized to the ESD equipment.

  13. Data updates can be selected arbitrarily, with stable speed and flexible operation.

  14. The system provides log records, allowing users to view operation and management history for convenient management tracking and system maintenance.

  15. Supports export of multiple types of reports, including lists of non-card swipers, ESD test records of employees’ card swiping (divided into left foot, right foot, and wristband), report statistics, report query, and report output.

  16. Adopts German anti-lightning design (10KV 500A, response speed of 1-10 nanoseconds).
